Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of ordering. Your pre-order is eligible for a full refund any time prior to the shipment of your order. Pre-orders that have been delivered are still eligible for a refund, as long as the refund request is submitted within 30 days of delivery and all components are returned. See return policy below.

Cancellations/refunds before shipping will be subject to a 3% payment processing charge which goes to the credit card companies (this is a charge we do not get back).
If an order is returned to sender, it will be subject to a $10 fee.
VERIFY SHIPPING ADDRESS. If the carrier cannot deliver the product to the address provided, you will be charged up to a $10 fee for the product to be resent or returned and restocked in our inventory. TheraV will deduct the fee from any potential return.

There is a 30-day return policy on our products. Within 30 days, if you are not satisfied with your device for any reason, please contact our team and share the reason, please keep your bike assembled, email@example.com. We will provide you the correct address for return, as long as the device arrives back to us in the condition it was delivered to you in, you will receive refund minus a 15% restocking fee for returns. We will charge a restocking fee for orders that are cancelled, or shipments returned that were never opened. From your refund we will deduct the cost of repairing any aspects of the product that were damaged by the buyer returning the product or any missing parts that were included with the original shipment that were not returned. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Buyer is also responsible for safely packaging and returning the product to us. If you have damaged or failed to safely package the product, we will deduct the damages from the refund. We suggest keeping the original packing material and box until you are sure the product is the right for you. This way you will be able to safely repackage and re-secure the product for return shipping.
